Richard said this business kept him informed, and they kept it awhile, but it was during the time when everyone had hail damage. This business did what they said they'd do and when he got it back it looked like it was a brand new vehicle, so they did a good job. He was satisfied with the quality of the repair, but they may have messed up the radio antenna. His radio has acted up since and he may stop back, but as far as the auto body work it was in for, they did a really good job. He dropped it off, this business did the estimate, the insurance company sent the check, and he really enjoyed dealing with the estimator he worked with. Richard bought the vehicle from the affiliated Lute Riley dealership and he always takes it there for everything else, so he decided he'd have the repair done by them, too. Richard said thanks a lot. He appreciates this business.
