Spoke with Luther. He said this business did the work they needed them to do. The vehicle was not ready when promised because additional damage was discovered on the undercarriage of the vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be done in 5 days and it took them 2 weeks and 2 days due to the additional damage they discovered.
