Philippe said this business took too long to complete the repairs. He is unsure as to why the repairs were delayed. He had to call the business and follow up with them to get updates on the status of his vehicle and there was bad communication between him and the estimator. He sent this business an email and he never received a reply. He would not recommend this business to others for reasons already mentioned.
