Rachel said she did not have a pleasant experience with the business. She was told it would take 3 or 4 days but they date kept getting pushed back and they had it over a month. Towards the end the employee who was working with her vehicle stopped the updates and she had to call them. They had to have the in insurance company come back out to have the estimate done again because there was additional damage to her vehicle. They were not prompt with the updates and they were not up front.
