Spoke with Joanna Lewis. She said that she would rate her overall experience with the business a 3 because they were really slow. She also said that her vehicle was returned 5 days later than promised because a part had been damaged when the business received it and she had to wait for another one to arrive. She said that she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process nor was she satisfied with the business' communication because she had received an email saying that her vehicle would be ready for her by a specific day, and not only was it not ready, but no one had contacted her to let her know the repairs would be taking longer that expected. She had to keep calling the shop to get information.

I do know that we had some insurance delays on this vehicle is why we did not meet the estimated completion date. The Repair Tracker was keeping the customer upudated on the status of the repairs.
