Denise said the repair was supposed to take 2 days. It took a week and a half. No one called to tell her of the progress of her vehicle. She had to call to find out anything. They said the reason for the delay was the part kept coming back broken. They were supposed to put on a new bumper. Her vehicle was supposed to be ready on a Friday. No one called to let her know it was ready. She had to call. They said the phone lines and computers were down. She said she had no communication.
