Jane said it took longer than she expected because she thought it would be ready in about 1 week but it took 2 weeks. She was initially told the tardiness was caused by a parts delay but then she was also told the person who was going to tint the windows did not show up. They did not call her with updates and she had trouble getting calls back. She had to call them for information. Overall, they did a pretty good job.
