Carol said there were little problems with the body work but she chose not to elaborate further. The repairs took one month longer than expected but she does not know why. She was not kept adequately informed and the communication with her was poor because they assumed the vehicle belonged to her husband and dealt with him, not her, even though she is the legal owner.
