Richard said there was no promised time for his vehicle to be ready, but the time frame was pretty good. He wasn?t contacted by anyone during the repair. Just about the time he was going to call they called him to say that the vehicle was ready and that the repair had taken longer than they had thought it would. He added that he might have liked more communication. The estimator was really good, and the personnel were really friendly.
