Dale said her overall experience with them was rated a 4. She said there were several delays. She wasn't sure who was causing the delays, if it was the insurance or the business. She still has to go back one more time for them to make some adjustments. There is a rattle in the door. There is also wind noise in the windows. Her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. There were 3 or 4 different delays. One time there was something wrong with the hood. Another time a bubble in the paint and separated. There were other items that caused delays. She liked the email where she could pull up and see where they were on the repair. That was informative.
