Walter said the vehicle was not ready when promised and they did not call to inform him about the delay. They told him they found additional damage. He said he is not concerned that there was a delay, but he is unhappy that they did not tell him. The receptionist was rude. He said she was more interested in her personal grooming and he could not understand her because she mumbled. He said the business needs to be proactive about interacting with their clients, especially when there's a delay. He said they sent emails, but he doesn't check his email often and he would rather receive phone calls. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.
