Mary said this visit was for the Honda CR-V, which she thought was totaled, but now it looks like it's brand new. She has had it parked with the hood facing out and someone backed into it leaving a big hole in the front, but a person can't tell anything happened to it. Dean Bartlett did a great job. George Wasshausen did the calling for her so she was kept informed. She stated she was very happy.
