Spoke with Jesus. He said he gave the 1 because he could not get anyone at the business to return his calls and when he called into the business the person he needed to talk with was never available. Also he said the person who gave the estimate was the person who was never able to take his calls or call him back. People at the business kept telling Jesus that someone would call him back but no one ever did. Because it took 2 plus weeks for this business to tell him his vehicle was totaled and no calls make him not recommend this business to anyone.
