Spoke with Margaret. She said they were fairly timely. Todd was very helpful and responsive. It took a little longer than expected, but she was pleased with the work. Her vehicle was delayed 1 day for paperwork. She was under the gun, because the repairs needed to be done before they could negotiate for another lease.
