Kathleen said this is her second time having body work done at this business. They do a fine job. The vehicle looks new. They did a wonderful job. She was very pleased with the work. She said Scott Weaks was very personable and nice. They kept her informed via email. They took a couple of days longer than promised. They informed her via email that her vehicle was still in the buffing process. She went in on Saturday to check on the progress. Scott told her that the vehicle would be ready on Monday, which was not a problem because she had another vehicle. This business does a class act job. She said she has been told not to use the dealership because they charge so much more, but she prefers the dealerhsip because she trusts them and they do a quality job.
