Spoke with Lin. She said she was satisfied with the quality of the repair but they did not paint the door and it is obvious. The work was supposed to take two weeks but actually took an additional five days because they found additional damage. She was without a vehicle for that time frame, which she did not appreciate. She lives a state away and had to fly back and forth. The delay caused her to have to change her flight. She had to initiate calls to receive updates as they did not call her. She has called the phone number she was given for Honda Corporation to discuss the issues but she either has reached the voice mail, or she has been transferred around. She has been unable to speak with someone in charge. She has also tried calling the manager of this business but he has not responded to her calls. She would not recommend the business due to this experience.
