Raul said they did a tremendous job. The vehicle looks brand new. The vehicle was promised within 5 to 7 days. It was 17 days before the vehicle was ready. They told him the bumper arrived cracked. They had to order another bumper. He was given a different excuse for the delay each time he called the business. The delay cost him a lot of extra money in rental fees. They need to learn to manage their time. He plans to tell his insurance company to drop the business because of the poor time management. He was kept informed during the repair process only because he called the business everyday. The communication wasn't satisfactory because the time frame wasn't as communicated. The business wouldn't be given a recommendation because of what has already been shared.
