Rose said this business took 14 days to repair her vehicle and told her that she would not qualify for a loaner vehicle. They did not start working on her vehicle until a week after her appointment. The repair took too long and her vehicle should have been started on the day of her appointment. It was completed on time. There was no communication from them so she had to initiate all communication. She would not recommend them due to this experience.
