Simon said this business was supposed to paint his bumper, but they didn't. His vehicle was ready 4 days late because they were finishing work on two other vehicles. He said he told this business that he thought he should be a priority because he recently purchased his vehicle from this business and part of the purchase agreement was that they would do some body work. It was not necessary to do an estimate because the work was covered under his purchase agreement. Nobody called him during the repair process, he had to call his salesperson to get status reports. He said this business is supposed to have touch-up paint for him and he has to pick it up.
