Frank said the emails that were sent out were not accurate. It took longer than promised due to the reason mentioned. He chose not to elaborate on how much longer it took. The business told him if his vehicle was ready he would have received a call not an email, but he received an email stating the vehicle was ready at 6 pm. When he got there it was not ready.
