Clint said he rated his overall experience a 4 because of the time it took to repair the vehicle. He said the promised time was estimated to be between 5 to 7 business days and it took 11 days. He said he was not kept adequately informed and only received an email at the last minute telling him the repair was being pushed back and was not given a reason for the delay. He said because of this, he was not satisfied with the communication as well.
