Spoke with Eddie. He said he had to return to this facility twice to have the paint work corrected on his vehicle. There were chips in the paint. The repair order stated that the whole bumper was to be painted. It appears as if this facility only spot painted his bumper. When he showed up at this facility to pick his vehicle up, his insurance adjuster was not there. The other insurance adjusters that were there did not want to help him or get involved with his claim. The following day his regular insurance adjuster was available to assist him. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and was not satisfied with the facility's communication with him because he had to initiate all contact with them. Three dollars in change was also missing out of his vehicle when he picked it up the last time. For all the reasons mentioned he would not recommend this business to others.
