Wayne said the work was fantastic. They did not provide updates on the status of his vehicles. The vehicle was scheduled to be ready in three days but the repair process took almost five days. The paint work did not match so they repainted the bumper. He had to initiate the communication to get updates on his vehicle. The person assisting him would not answer his line so she had to call the main business line.
