Mike said he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. They started out well with emails but he heard nothing on Thursday and Friday and was not certain if the vehicle was going to be ready on Friday. His wife emailed them but received no response. He called them and received no response as well. It was only after he contacted the sales department when he heard from them. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel. They were fine in the beginning but their professionalism fell apart at the end. He would not recommend them for the reasons previously stated. The vehicle was repaired well.
