Zhen said the people at this business are pretty good. Also, she mentioned the vehicle was one day later than promised because this business forgot to put the pinstripe on the vehicle. She was not adequately informed during the repair process because this business did not contact her for 12 days after the vehicle was done and ready for pick up.
