Review for Lute Riley Honda Body Shop
Tosha P. on 06/21/2011
Tosha said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because while she was driving to work today the cover to the rear driver's side wheel fell off and she had to return to this business to have it taken care of. Also, a few weeks ago she noticed there was a screw located in the very rear of the vehicle that hadn't been fastened very well and fell off. Her vehicle was ready three weeks later than promised because they needed to get an aluminum welder to help with her vehicle, then the welder was out sick for a week. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because they did not call very often to give her updates on her vehicle and that was her biggest concern with this business. She could not answer if she was satisfied with the shop's communication because she did not speak with them at all. She would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned. She chose this facility because this was the only business the tow truck company could tow her vehicle to without additional charges.

The quarter panel for this particular vehicle was on back order from the parts supplier. They don't have many of the vehicles parts available. They supply the parts as they are ordered. That was the main delay in the repairs to the vehicle. I have spoken with the estimator that handled the claim regarding the lack of communication with the customer.
