Elizabeth said she wasn't kept informed after leaving messages. It took 4 to 5 days trying to communicate with them until she talked to the manager. She also wasn't given an estimate by this business. She didn't like the way she treated because she went 4 to 5 days trying to get a hold of them. She wouldn't recommend this business because her insurance company asked her if she could get a written estimate from them but they never did.
