Peg said she was not satisfied with her visit because it took more than two weeks to get the work done on her vehicle and get it back even though it was a simple repair. Therefore, her vehicle was not ready when promised as it was at least one week late because of a parts delay. She was not kept informed during the repair process and she had to call them to get updated. So, she was not satisfied with the communication. She had to call them.
