Humberto said this business was not ready as they stated. There was a delay of 4 days because they were waiting for the vehicle to go in to be painted. He was absolutely satisfied with the quality of the repair. Dean, the adjustor, was great and he went out of his way by making sure his rental car was extended for an additional 4 days. He was happy they were able to do this. Dean kept him up to par with communicating. He had a great experience other than the fact his vehicle was not ready, but appreciated being kept in the loop.
