Lisa said this business took twice as long than promised. There were several delays. She said there was a lack of communication. They only informed her of the first delay being due to more damage found. After that they did not call to update her. She would not recommenced this business due to this experience. She said it was not her first choice, but was on the list of approved businesses on her insurance list.
