Lisa said she rated them a 3 for her overall experience because her vehicle was not exam ready when they said it was. There was still a part that had to be installed for $900 and she was not able to afford to have it done. They should be more knowledgeable about the vehicle being exam ready before presenting it as ready to go. She was not satisfied with the overall purchase experience because of he reason mentioned above.
