Great customer service
I came in for an oil change last week. I was able to get an appointment the next day and late enough to work with my schedule! Staying open later during the week is wonderful for working parents. My service advisor was very helpful and communicated things clearly. I was very happy with my experience.

Time Expectation Not Met
I've been a long time customer since 2004. I bought my very first Honda here. Every single time I come here the service is great and the time expectation has been met.
However, when I brought my car to have an EGR valve replaced and ports cleaned, it took quite a long time to get finished. I was there at 8am and didn't get done until 2pm. I was told that it will be done by 12pm.
So, I waited around. I walked to other dealerships to check out cars and waited in the upstairs lounge just to kill the time. Luckily, I brought my laptop.
When 12pm rolled around the car wasn't done. I checked with the service rep around 12:30pm and he told me, *without checking with the tech*, that the car will be done by "a little after lunch". Given the fact that "lunch time" is about 12pm-1pm, I waited again. I waited about 1:15pm until I inquired about my car again. I spoke to the manager this time because my service rep wasn't around and he went to the back to ask the tech how long and they told me that they won't be done until 2pm. The manager was on the money as the car was completed by 2pm.
Had I known it would have taken 6hrs, which included a lunch break, I would have asked to be dropped home. I'm really disappointed with the time expectation. I left frustrated, hungry, and disappointed.
I will continue to go here as the service is great overall, but they should really be more diligent with time expectations with their customers.

Web Appt Didn't Work
As always, the dealership took very good care of me. I do have an issue, though, and that would be with using the online booking for the appointment. I used the online website to make an appt for the A, 125, service. I got confirmation emails. However, when I went into the dealership, they only had me scheduled for an A5. AND, to make matters worse, they were unable to do an A 125 service on that day, so I had to reschedule to the following week. It was awful. Please allow us to email directly with the dealership to make and confirm appts.
