Long wait; they made up for it
We have been working with Lynnwood Honda for about a week. Spoke with a couple of different sales people. Everyone was super nice, as they are supposed to be. But, when it came time to actually buy the car, we had issues. We were on a time constraint - needed to finish up within 2 hours, which seems reasonable. After agreeing to meet this time frame, the salesperson kept telling us that everything was on track while we waited at the sales desk. But, as time passed, it was clear that they were going to be late. We ended up getting out about one hour and 15 minutes later than promised/ expected. The most frustrating part is that they kept saying it would just be a few more minutes, when in fact they probably knew it would be much longer due to their volume of sales that day. In the end, they made up for the delay by giving us free maintenance for three years. It was much appreciated, though I would still be hesitant about returning.
