Purchase experience was outstanding
Shopping for the particular new CRV I wanted turned out to be more challenging than I expected. Over a two week shopping spree, I worked with 5 different Western Washington Honda dealers. Some never returned my call; some weren't interested in helping me if they did not have the car I wanted on their lot; and some were happy to waste my time with bait and switch techniques. Then I contacted Mark Baker at Lynnwood Honda. Mark found the car, made the deal, and was helpful, professional and totally customer oriented. Clearly, Mark's success has come from doing the right thing over the long term rather than simply trying to make a sale. The entire purchase experience, including a complete orientation to the new car, was smooth and seamless. It was worth driving to Lynnwood - including an extra hour of Seattle traffic. Thank you Mark.
