High Standards of Professionalism and Care!
Tom Park and the Lynnwood Honda team I dealt with today provided high standards of professionalism and care while helping me get a 2012 Certified Pre-Owned Honda Civic. I'm talking about from start to finish, from the moment an online rep contacted me, to the moment I was on my way home with my new car. I felt absolutely no pressure or skepticism. In fact, I was impressed at the warmth and genuine friendliness of Tom Park and the rest of the team I met. Tom is not only well-trained, but he has a natural skill in making the customer feel comfortable, welcome and cared for during the whole process. He made sure I felt like No. 1, and had a very easy and positive approach the whole time. He made sure I knew what was happening and what would happen next in the process, and explained things in a very easy-to-understand manner, and was very easy to relate to. He kept checking on me to make sure I understood where they were in the process, and offered to help me move my stuff out of my old car into the new car. I felt like I was treated with a lot of respect. The icing on the cake was at the end Tom played his guitar and sang a song for me, and sent me off with a smile as he congratulated me on the purchase. He said most people don't write a review even thought they say they will, but I promised, and here it is! Thanks Tom, and the Lynnwood Honda team! --Patricia
