Missed some details
I have brought our Accord in multiple times and no one has noticed that several of the dash lights are out. Your form says you check all the lights and other safety features and that makes me a bit skeptical that you actually check anything.

Excellent service on all levels
My first service...oil change, etc. One hour from check in to driving away. Waiting room has laptops, wi-fi, coffee, tv, etc. My daughter goes to another Honda dealer and was amazed a free carwash is included at Lynnwood. Yup, a free carwash is included! These guys are awesome.
