2001 Honda Civic
needed an oil change and was advised of pending ball joint replacement needed. Dropped off my Civic and recieved a call that it was ready to go by lunch. I had a 'rattle' which was suspected as a loose metal piece underneath. it was diagnosed and addressed. Car was aligned and rides very smoothly now.
