Hello Margaret,

 There is no Richard that works at our business. I apologize for any confusion but unfortunately you must have called a different shop for a price and by mistake stumbled into ours. We been here 27 years. I can assure you that if you compare our price with others for your types of vehicles, we will be one of the lower prices you will find. Your 2008 Volvo and 2006 Audi do use full synthetic and cartridge filters which is the increase in price. I wish you would have mentioned something at the time of payment so we could have cleared up any misunderstandings. Thank you.

Daniel said the employees who did the work at the business provided him with good customer service. The employee who charged him for the service was not willing to answer some of the questions he had about what was done on his vehicle. He had been told that they would clean the inside, wash the windows and do other services on it, but it was not vacuumed nor were the windows cleaned. He doubts that the other services mentioned were provided.
