Everyone from Gabby who answers phones, Lou who takes payment & schedules loaner cars, Ken who manages the parts dept, Robert and Victor who write up service requests and TJ who is a top mechanic. And it that wasn't it enough they even have Nolan Sparks who oversees the service department and make sure everything is at its best.
