Xochitl said they've had three vehicles in at this business this year, and they've worked well with a man named Gerald. Gerald did the estimate for this visit, but he quit working for this business shortly thereafter. This business's attitude changed toward them after Gerald left. Part of the work on this vehicle was brake work, but this is a specialized vehicle and needs different codes. This business had a three day delay in the work because they had to find out if they could work on the vehicle's brakes. The business did not call to alert them to the delay. In the end the brakes were not checked properly. There was also a problem with paint work, but this work was not done. He chose not to elaborate. The general manager, Thomas, got in an argument with Xochitl's husband and told him he would not do the work on the vehicle and they would have to take their business elsewhere. Xochitl said they were not kept adequately informed and they had to call this business in order to communicate with them. One employee, Jay Peterson, did treat them well and he tried to smooth over the problems. Xochitl said she would no longer recommend this business because they told them to take their business elsewhere.

Angelle said they were very friendly and very accommodating. There was one dent that did not get fixed. They said to bring it back and they would fix it, she brought the vehicle back and they did fix it.

Dawn said she always uses this business. She said the work was horrible because the trunk was a disaster and the rear wheel cover was not fastened. She said the business told her the work would be done in five days. She called the business to ask what was going on and they told her it would take another week to fix the vehicle. She said her mobile phone charger was stolen while her vehicle was at the business. She told the business and an employee told her to bring her receipt and that they would reimburse her. The employee told her they would send the reimbursement by mail within a week and it has now been three weeks. She said the two employees that took her vehicle in do not currently work at the business now. She would not recommend the business to others based on this experience.

Ahmed said the vehicle sat for a week and a half to two weeks without being touched. He said when he asked about it they told him they were too busy. He spoke with a supervisor and then they began working on it. He said there is water in the engine, but they could not diagnose the issue. They told him to change the oil twice and it would be fine, but it did not work. The vehicle is still at the business for them to resolve the engine problem. They did not tell him when the work would be finished. They did not call him to keep him updated and they did not prepare an estimate. He said the communication was poor. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience
