Gemaro said his vehicle was returned to him not completed right. His tire sensor wasn't reset and yet, he was told to take his vehicle to a dealership. Also, a scratch was found on his tinted driver's side window. He works with his vehicle and he simply wanted to get it back. It was promised to be done on a Friday and he didn't get it back until the following Tuesday. One of the things forgotten was for the Harley Davidson emblem to be put on his vehicle along with repairing a fender. Also, they forgot to tie a couple of brackets on for the suspension. He wasn't kept informed well because he was the one who called to find out what was happening. Regarding the thoroughness of the person who prepared the estimate, it appears to him the employee he dealt with is trying to do all the work. Yet, he needs someone else to help. With the communication, he was told they didn't receive a check from the insurance company. He called the insurance company to see what was happening. However, the check was found. The reason he wouldn't recommend this business to others is because of the experience. He suggested the employee he was dealing with needs more help.
