Herman said he was not happy at the length of time the whole thing took. He said he would call the insurance company and they would tell him they had not heard from the business. Then he would call the business and they told him they had not heard from the insurance company. This went around and around for 4 weeks until he finally got the vehicle. Herman said the work was all good but every time he spoke with anyone at this business they told him the vehicle would be ready right away, but he did not get it until 4 weeks later. Because of this Herman said he would not recommend this business to others.
