Spoke with Stephanie. She said Scott went above and beyond and took the best care of her that he could. He would keep her up to date on the repairs by sending emails and calling her. It took longer than promised due to an insurance company delay. She does not recall how late it was. Madeline came to look at her vehicle but rushed through because she was getting ready to leave town. Madeline said there was no mold on the back seat or in the trunk and to order a refurbished seat. Scott tried talking with Madeline about the mold and how the seat would not match. Madeline would not change her mind so Scott called Stephanie and told her to call the insurance company. She spoke with Kyle, a regional manager and told him what was going on. She stated he handled everything from there. He came to the facility, looked at her vehicle and wrote a new estimate. She was unhappy with the first estimate, but happy it was looked at again. The work was excellent.
