David said it took 29 days, after he was told 10-12 days, due to a parts delay. He could have been kept in the loop better. The parts had to be sent by ground. Once they figured out they didn't need to wait for one part, they were able to start on his vehicle. There was some confusion. Gerald was great and helpful. He chose this business, because he has a Ford Flex and of the two businesses that work on them, this one returned his calls.
