Robert said they should have called him to tell him there would be a delay. He said the vehicle was late, but he is unsure how long the delay was. He said it was at least two days while his vehicle sat at the business ready to be picked up without him knowing it was ready, but it was probably a week. He said there were issues with the communication, which caused the delay. He would have liked to have been kept better informed. He said the business is undergoing a complete renovation and there was some confusion with the filing.
