Ahmed said the vehicle sat for a week and a half to two weeks without being touched. He said when he asked about it they told him they were too busy. He spoke with a supervisor and then they began working on it. He said there is water in the engine, but they could not diagnose the issue. They told him to change the oil twice and it would be fine, but it did not work. The vehicle is still at the business for them to resolve the engine problem. They did not tell him when the work would be finished. They did not call him to keep him updated and they did not prepare an estimate. He said the communication was poor. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience
