John said he believed that his vehicle's service was provided properly. When he had an issue, there were no complaints and it was corrected immediately. One cannot expect everything to go well, but when issues happen, both parties tried to correct them instead of blaming them on others. His experience was great. He cannot differentiae between the different shades and cannot really tell the quality of the work. However, everyone else who looked at his vehicle could not tell the difference. Every time he called, an employee informed him on the process, and he thought he delivered as he said he would. An employee named Jay is an awesome guy. He had to go back to get some things adjusted after the repairs, and the employee was right on top of it instantly. Things may go wrong, but it is how one goes about making sure a situation is resolved is what matters. He would not let anyone else repair his vehicle. He would prefer to not have his vehicle need repairing, but if it happens again he would definitely think of this business for what the employee did and his excellent service. The employees treat customers like they are somebody special when they walk through the door. He would definitely recommend them. This facility is located closest to his home. He stated that he felt that if any other business besides the dealer could get involved with his vehicle, he puts his faith in this business. They know how to service vehicles as if the work is being done at the dealership, and he is glad to have his vehicle fixed at this facility.
