Hailyesus said the business was fine and they have good customer service. He mentioned that the service department was horrible due his vehicle not being ready on time because of a delay of a part. He said that the service associate ordered the part for his vehicle and told him it would take 3 to 4 days to get to the business. It's been a month now and he said he called the business a few times to check on his part. The business finally answered and told him that there was no order put in and that he would have to come back in to the business to order the part for his vehicle. It took 2 days for his part to arrive to the business and that the business got him a rental vehicle. He mentioned that the business told him that they were paying for the rental vehicle for 2 days but than they charged his credit card. He called the business to explain the charges of the rental vehicle and an employee told him the manager will call him back but never did. He left 2 messages and still no one called back and that he is not satisfied with the service department due to the reasons mentioned.
