Dan said when he picked his vehicle up there were several things wrong with the repair. There were paint drips on the vehicle and there was condensation in the headlight they replaced. A mirror was supposed to be replaced, but there were stains on the mirror that look like they had been buffed out. The rear bumper that they replaced has not been aligned correctly. He said when he raised the issue of replacing the headlight he had to contact his insurance carrier to have it resolved. He will not recommend this business because of this experience. The business has agreed to take care of resolving the concerns with the vehicle as soon as a loaner vehicle can be arranged.
