Spoke with Robert. He was not happy with the fact that his vehicle was ready to be picked up but the bodyshop would not release the vehicle until they received the payment from the insurance company, which took an additional 2 days. Robert had a rental vehicle during these 2 days which cost him an additional $30 per day. He said he uses a very reputable insurance company who was willing to speak with the bodyshop or fax them a copy of the check so they knew the payment was in the mail and would release Robert's vehicle, but they were not willing to work with them. Robert said he could not comment on the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate because his insurance company used a third party estimator which he did not appreciate. He said this was not Massey's fault, it was a concern he had with his insurance company. Robert said that Massey did a superb job on the repairs of his vehicle.
